Hellooooooo, everyone!!!!!!
I myself don't know why I'm getting active only in Autumn/Winter season every year, but now I'm here again...
Only I can say is that I've had and will have tons of things to do, just mean.. "too busy"?
Oh well, maybe I've got so bad at English again after these blank months! LOL.
Now I'm re-booting my passion for dolls and dress-making, and have a certain plan for next year, of a private exhibition of my handmade doll-dresses at a small gallery in Tokyo. I've already signed to the contract with the gallery. Only what concerns me is, whether I'll need any admission by Mattel or MGA for using my My Scene and Bratz dolls as models?? I sent an inquiry mail via MGA website months ago for meanwhile, but I've got no response only except one from Little Tikes team somehow saying "you should inquiry to Bratz team". Of course I did to the address again, but no response anyway. I hope my English didn't make them upset....
What I want to make is dresses for My Scene dolls as ever, but they're unpopular in this country FOR ANY SAKE, one day my friend told me finally, "Why don't you switch to make dresses for popular dolls with slim body (Momoko, Misaki, FR, Jenny, etc.), as quit such nonprofit-making effort??".
I know he doesn't mean any harm, but I felt devastated really. I felt that meant like "what you love is totally worthless" in other words.
But I do love them, more than any dolls else, no matter what others say. I hope you know what I mean.
So I decided to have an exhibition to show and prove my love, even if it'll be just a self-content. It'll be admission-free and be filled with only what *I* love. Now I'm thankful to him to trigger after all.
I bought a new doll only for "business" to sell my dresses, to make a living, Boogie Beach Aria of The Dynamite Girls, I like her so-so as a model. I need another doll with "normal" head doll for making a hat or cap or other accessories, so I'll get the blond girl (Jasper?) from the same line when they'll be in Japan too.
And I've set Flickr as a new storage of my photos, and am going to update there. It's really hard work for me to write/read in English as used to be, so I'll just throw my photos into, feel free to contact me there too, only if you don't mind my laziness to respond. (=.=;;;
Meanwhile, I took some photos ,in this weekend, of my Boutique Street Nia which was a too-kind gift from hello_mousie in spring (sorry for not having mentioned here so long, Mousie!!) and throw the pics to my Flickr, just check it out.
