:D I had a wallpaper I was working on but it turned out horrrrrrible so just icons. The idea of the wallpaper is good so I will work on it again in the future. (Like, what I was working on was so bad I didn't even save anything. Just scrapped it all.)
My goal one day is to make a Delenn icon set that isn't predominantly purple. I don't know why I always tend that way.
I feel like the purple is really appropriate for her, though. I mean, most of her clothing ends up in that dark pink-purple-dark blue spectrum after a while. (Except that one green dress that kind of clings to everything. Hello.)
Yeah, I tend to eyedrop clothes when I'm looking for backgrounds/textures, so that's where the purple comes from. It makes sense. I just notice it when I have everything posted together in a way that I don't when I'm working on each one individually.
That dress! I wish they'd done more than the one version of it, something other than poop brown and poop green. That Dress in gray and blue, maybe, or shades of cream and gold and crimson accents.
I also really love her one nighttime robe that's kinda see-through. As always and forever, I wish we'd seen more Delenn (and Sheridan) at home, casual, that whole thing. (My fucking kingdom for Delenn in his white dress shirt or one of his t-shirts. MY FUCKING KINGDOM.)

I'm not normally a fan of those kinds of nightgowns - mostly because I don't know a single woman who would actually wear such a thing just as a normal matter of course - and in fact can think of no one less likely to wear a slinky, long satiny nightgown than Susan Ivanova - but I do so love Delenn in them. They just absolutely fit her perfectly.
If I could find the right image of a woman in a nightshirt, I could try to do a manip. And then feel promptly like an idiot, LOL.
I'm glad that you and I share these late-night (for me, anyway) B5 talky meat thoughts. I miss beyond_the_rim, but it could be so serious, and sometimes I just want to talk about Delenn's dresses and how pretty her hair is.
Also, the best kind of fannish discussion merges srs bsns with random jokes and asides on the hotness of the characters. Trufax.
My girlfriend has one of those strappy nightgowns, which she wears occasionally-but-not-constantly, and I've never been able to understand how it doesn't get tangled up around one's legs the way they do for me. (I've tried them and it just doesn't work!) In my head, Delenn wears those sometimes, and really transparent white shimmery things other times (I blame Flowers, Fruit, and Vodka). And, I mean, she could wear a burlap sack and she'd be hot, so. XD But she does carry it off well.

I know! I occasionally wore nightgowns as a young kid when I was at my mom's mercy, and I would wake up with the fabric all bunched up around my waist and it was NAGL.
