Yesterday was supposed to be a great day. I had to work, but I was getting out early...to see Kim! I was really overly excited all day, because hell, Kim is MY people and I've been with all of HIS peeps for like a month. Plus, as bizarre as this is, we'd never met even though we talked daily.

Why no doctor, Sarah? If you aren't on a benefits package yet at work, don't the auto insurance people pay for crash-related injury treatment and doctor visits? That's how mine worked, anyway...

But at least you had fun with Kimmy! I agree that she's great.

Hope you and Kris heal up quickly, and that repairing the car causes minimal headaches.

Yes Race, sorry for the lack of details. We hit a Chinese man who spoke nothing but Mandarin. He claims he was stopped in traffic, but if he had been, he would have easily hit cars in front of him.

Jazz: Kris's car is his mother's, and it's her car insurance. Call me crazy, but I feel HORRIBLE going to see a doctor and giving her and her ins. co. the bill. Also, I believe you pay up front, then get reimbursed...which I seriously can't afford right now. *shrugs*

Hmm... I can see that, I guess. My accident was the other guy's fault, and his insurance company was falling all over themselves to pay and medical expenses. If it's Kris's mom's insurance, I can see how you might not be so eager.

But if you're in serious pain, see a doctor. There must be a free clinic somewhere if you're strapped for cash.
