By later this week I hope I will have finished my paper on Kant, started my paper on Dubois, packed, gotten pictures to bring home, resolved issues I don't want to come home after break to still be dealing with, cleaned my room so I don't have to come back to bug-infestations...etc.
By the time I get back from break I hope I will have read all the Beckett, Stoppard, Pinter, and Chekhov, and Sartre plays I possibly could, have turned in my paper to Donna over Dubois, have given my sister her Birthday presents, have spoken to the new theater guy at HH about doing a Tulsa Summer Arts internship/job for this July, have seen the cabin, have gone to OU/OSU/TU or all 3 to see people and party, have seen Aaron and told him goodbye, have spent time with parents and sister, have spent time with friends, have seen Bill and congratulated him on his new marriage, have seen grandparents, have gone to Hominy and gotten my grandma to make me fried chicken, have worn flip-flops, have gotten the seersucker blue and white striped pants I want my mom to buy me while home, have started my interview/profile/portrait of Karen MacDonald for Joanne, have gotten some much-needed rest, have memorized lines and music for Beggar's Opera and the Musical Revue, and have gotten hair cut...I think that's about it...and realistically I will only be able to get to 1/3 of this stuff...
By the time I start school next year I want to have spent some summer time in the city doing some theater and/or music program somewhere, have visited Kasey in Seattle, have kept in touch with friends from school, have secured a suite in the village or a single in Robbins, have worked on acting over the summer enough to have built a bigger knowledge base/repretoire and confidence, have traveled somewhere exciting, have registered for either Alexander technique or Neutral Masks, Intro. to Pop Culture, 2 dance classes, and French, have passed the Q exam, have lost 5 lbs. and toned up thighs/arms and lost stomach/love handles, have read literature, have taken some art classes or at least attempted to produce some paintings/collages/drawings, have spent quality time with friends, have held some kind of job long enough to have some money to do something with...like travel, have evaluated life and made some actual substansial plans and commitments to majoring in theater...
I think that's all.
