So this morning, I get an e-mail from Gap.com. It says,

"Today's Our 10th Birthday And Shipping's On Us! Because You're An E-Mail Subscriber, We're Also Giving You This Special Offer: 10% Off Your Gap.com Purchase. Simply Enter FX5Y00MG6D4M At Checkout. TODAY NOVEMBER 6, ONLY-EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE

So I think, "What the hell...I'll see what they have..." and click the link...and get this:

We are updating our site to bring you a better shopping experience.

Gap.com is temporarily closed for scheduled site improvements.

Your business is important to us and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you need additional help or information please call 1-800-GAPSTYLE

They're doing "scheduled maintenance" on the day of their "one day only, online only" event.

Um....DUH.

ETA: Okay, it's finally up. But why would you do SCHEDULED maintenance at all during a one day event. Still dumb. So there.
