week 26
not just any normal cucumber, but an english hothouse cucumber! he's extremely active this week. i feel like he's been kicking me nonstop for the past week :P perhaps it's all the girlscout cookies ;)
went to visit karen & george in nyc this past weekend. finally got to meet little desmond! though little desmond is not quite so little.. and then i managed to let him topple over while he was sitting in my lap onto the floor. which i am still terribly sorry about o_O noelle's speaking in full sentences and of course she loved jonathan to death.
ate lots of food. watched avenue q. acquired a bunch of baby stuff with much thanks to karen/george (and by extension, kathy!). hertz (the friend, not the car rental company) managed to get us to and from nyc in about 3.5 hours. now that is a nyc driver!
delicious soup dumplings from joe's shanghai (which is a must if you're ever in chinatown). hertz had never been and he was raving about them when we left :)

got the letters and painted it for his room :) how reminiscent of when the roomies and i used to paint things, haha
from the baby gami book. it shows how to swaddle the baby in different manners. ...like this one, if the diaper explodes and you're out and don't have clean clothes, you can wrap your baby up in a paper bag! o_O (still highly amusing. i may try this for shits and giggles)
