Yay for paper day Fridays!

'cept we're using this week as catchup/get ahead so there will be no paper this Friday. You have no idea how happy that makes me! Oh and I know the information isn't up on the web site yet. We're having a meeting tomorrow specifically to yell at that guy. Whoot!

So... Friday. Haircut at Carmen! Carmen! Papers came in at 12. Unloaded the truck. Loaded the cars. Ran around till 6:30 dropping them off at local businesses. Dinner at Chilis with Sean. Brought papers to parents and friends at Touchstone. Went to Sammys. Got waaaaasted. Had serious flirtation from a married man. Heard later he and his wife are SWINGERS! Eeeek! No thanks!

Saturday. Up too damn early. OPH for breakfast. To Seans work for a bit. Nappage. Drama with Sean's family. Dinner and drinks with friends. Punk out at midnight.

Sunday. Krispy Kreeeeme! and pool.

Monday. 10:00 business profile interview. Drop papers. 12:00 business profile interview. Drop papers. Smoothies with Danielle to make sure her family hasn't totally f'd her up. Poor child.

Today we had 2 staff interviews and one business profile. AND I got out of playing pool. WHOOT.

Anyway, like I said earlier, we're not publishing this week so that we can get ahead of schedule. Right now I'm interviewing yesterday and today for articles that are supposed to be in layout on Wednesday, uploaded Thursday and distributed Friday. It's just not going to work. So, bosslady decided to allow the papers to sit on the shelves for another week, garner more community interest and then we'll hit the ground running with a stock of already written articles. ++ fingers crossed ++

I realized this weekend how much I truly looooove my friends. I mean I always appreciate them but it's not often that I take the time to contientiously think about how much I adore the people I know. My husband is the most tolerant person I have ever met (qualifying: when it comes to me and him most of the time). We had a lot of marital issues when we first got married but he stuck it out with me, waited for me to come into my own and is now reaping the benefits. I talked on the phone Friday to Lauren *and* Chad. I swear that half of my heart will always be in Florida with them. Helen and Gwynn and Justin make me laugh so much. My face hurt so much on Friday night when we were all together. I know that growing up sucks and that we don't get to play as much as we'd like to but being around these six people makes me feel like I'm in high school again and I love them with all my ♥

daily, work, friends, weekend
