So the more u need to take plently of water and Vitamin C to get well. Of cos must go well with lotsa rest as well.

yeap will heed yr advice but been doing tat lei however not much improvement jus tat the head feels like its in a box kanna squash ...... i jus cross my fingers now for platelets to go up tat be my first sign of recovery .... but thanks daryl appreciate everything ... So hows it on yr side ??
