The Cuisinart has arrived--a graduation gift from my mother.
I found a nice card table next to a dumpster on the way home, so now I have a temporary desk and later, a table for sewing and baking and such that I can pull out of the closet when needed.
I will soon be acquiring a FREE loveseat, coffee table, small bookshelf, and end table/cabinet thing from my neighbors who are moving out this weekend.
Ed, my maintenance guy, fixed my bathtub so it drains now and he agreed to pick up my mail while I'm gone.
'Twas a good day for Kelly and her nest. :)
