I didn't get accepted.  I won't be writing the exams in the Fall.  I won't be a Registered Midwife, probably ever.  I will email the CMM today and ask for clarification, because the reasons they gave me just don't add up.  The main reason?

Is there an appeals process???? I'd write a recommendation letter in a SECOND. The world desperately needs midwives like YOU :(

:( I am so sorry. Can you appeal? Explain it all just how you wrote it here once you're feeling a little calmer maybe. Or could you get a job doing something midwife/birth related without actually being a midwife. A doula maybe? It wouldn't make up for this hurt or the time you've already spent doing it but it would at least allow you to work in the field. You don't know me at all but I've been reading your journal for a while now. You're such a fabulous woman and I hate to see you hurting. Much love and many prayers. ♥
