I shouldn't have looked
My digital camera has been stressing me lately, then when my mom and
birthingway were here I got to play with their new cameras. Now, I want a new camera :-/ I've had my Kodak for 2 years but it's only a 4 MP, 5x optical zoom, a tiny 1.5 " LCD display, and flash settings that hate me.
Although I love the Nikon D40, SLR's are waaaay out of my price range, so these are the "compact" digitals that I like.
First Choice, a Sony Cybershot DSCH9B, 8.1 MP, 30x digital zoom, 15x optical zoom, $490 (Staples)
Second Choice, Canon Powershot S5 IS, 8.0 MP, 4x digital zoom, 12x optical zoom, $550 (Future Shop)
Third Choice, Olympus SP-510 UZ, 7.1 MP, 5x digital zoom, 10x optical zoom, $300 (London Drugs)
Fourth Choice, Fuji Finepix S9100, 7.1 MP, 4.8x digital zoom, 10x optical zoom, $300 (Staples)
Time to start stashing cash.
