just an ordinary Thursday
I got my hair trimmed today but I've decided to grow it out a bit - it's frizzy from being thinned out and layered, it's not really long enough to put up and get out of my way at a birth but too long to stay out of my face and behave while I bend over birth pools.
A haircut for Charlotte today too - she got bangs! She was growing out her bangs but with her thick hair and quirky texture her hair was always in her face so.... bangs. She looks sweet.
Costo run today. Bought some quinoa salad but haven't tried it yet. To be honest, I have EVER tried quinoa but I know I should so, costco quinoa salad it is. Managed to fit the Littles and all of the giant Costco packages in my wee car, although Julia had to hold a big box of bread on her lap on the way home.
Kim will be home for a day or two this weekend, and my niece is staying here overnight as well. I love having family around :-)
Planning is underway for our trip to the west coast this Spring. I can't wait to see the end of the snow here and enjoy the blossoms and beaches out west.
Now to bed to warm my cold feet and give my Kindle some love.
