I did not want to get up and go to school today. Weary is an understatement these days.
On the way to school we walked through a mess of trailers and people who were organizing a movie set for the
new Robocop movie. On our way back we stood across the street from the stunt-double for Joel Kinnaman (I assume it was his double?) while they filmed him screeching in and out of the alley on his motorcycle.
This image is pretty much what we saw today. Very cool for this old hillbilly!
Three more exams done. Hopefully I don't have to remediate any of them. One was the super scientific and technical pharmacology exam for the CMO, then the pharmacology exam from our class module, and finally the emergency skills exam for the workshop we're doing to-morrow. 'Here, we're going to test you on what you'll learn tomorrow.' I don't think I did very well on that one :-/
So yeah, tomorrow is Emergency Skills workshop.
This weekend: write my literature review, due Monday. eep!
Monday: pack!
Tuesday: IV skills, meet with program director about my exam results, and then home for almost a week!
When I get back:
* NRP
* Two full days of in-class presentation on Ontario midwifery insurance, diversity training etc. Meh.
* Sociology exam
* mandatory English exam and then I'm done here!!
I'm so ready to be done, to rest, to not have to cram my brain full of stuff every day.
