sooooo studious
Laundry yesterday morning, then almost 8 hours at the Ryerson library studying with 3 of my classmates, home to eat supper by 9:30. I'm tired today, but back at the library already for another full day of studying, review and discussion. Tomorrow is an 'optional' day for the class/simulation lab but guess where I'll be? Yep, at school. It's ok, this is only for a little while.
This coming week:
Monday: IV practice, do peer assessment for IV's, newborn and well woman exams, newborn metabolic screening, and prepare some ICDs. (on my 'optional' day)
Tuesday: IV's and venepuncture, aalllll day
Wednesday: workshop on induction, augmentation, epidural, catheterization, physical assessment of the well woman and the newborn, pap smear.
Thursday shouldn't be too heavy, and Friday is another optional day (which I'll be going to, of course) and then...... it's time for the student midwifery conference at Ryerson!!!! The weekend conference starts wtih supper and speakers on Friday night, and "additional socializing" at the campus pub. It'll be fun to mix and mingle with the other IMPP and MEP students.
Now.....off of the interwebs so I can get to work.
