September begins

My stomach did a little flipflop this morning when I remembered that it's now September and I start school in 4 days.  I'm glad that I've had this time to settle in and adjust a little before my first day of classes, and it's given me time to finish assignments, get organized and study a little.

Sounds like you are settling in. A lot of excitement, anticipation and stomach wobbles are happening right now in your family - the new books, pens, texts, teachers and subjects - just like the old days!!! I remember how excited you would be to go through all your new school supplies and I can here the same excitement in your notes! Have some fun and learn lots!!!

Oh yes, there was nothing better than fresh paper, new pens, and the the fun of putting away new school supplies in a new desk! I'm still the same - Staples is one of my favorite stores!

You're settling in nicely!! I saw Hope Springs and didn't really care for it. I kind of found it depressing, but that's probably just me...The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel was charming. It was a bit draggy and pointless, but the cast made up for any plot shortfalls!!

I can see where you might find that movie depressing, but the ending was sweet and kind of inspired hope in the middle aged marriage ;-)
