busy, but good

* Picked up the girls at the sitter's.
* Picked up the mail.
* Made thick ham and turkey sandwiches for a quick and early supper.
* Quickly flipped through the grocery store flyer for next week while I ate my supper - warehouse sale!  Woot!
* Took the Littles to register for dance classes.  What a cash hemorrhage that was!
* Now I've asked the girls to please let me have some P&Q while I fill in the family calendar (and my BlackBerry) with dance schedules, preschool dates, and my own work schedule.
* Then I must also put away a big basket of laundry, write post-dated cheques for preschool, make a list of shopping and errands to do in the city on Monday, go over my new job orientation notes, put away clean dishes, and and and.

It's all good, and I'm very thankful...

...for my job, which pays well and does not require me to be out in the cold or cleaning bathrooms
...for my little dancing girls.  They are SO excited to go to dance.
...for 'free' education that is good, accessible, and fun for my children
...for the ability to go to a well-stocked grocery store, fill my cart, pay for groceries, and then have a well-stocked pantry and fridge.
...for the financial and housing arrangments that have come together to allow Kim to attend university, have a safe place to stay and money to pay for her tuition.
...for my new scrapbook space where I can have some creative therapy whenever I want
...for medical care that is also 'free' and accessible
...for the people in my life who bring noise, joy, dirt, love, frustration, laughter and fullness to my life.

being the mom, gratitude, dance, blessings, work
