(no subject)
Well i have a throbbing headache right now... and i am here sitting in front of a computer screen... HMMM... meh whatever... well today i got to go see a contact specialist... that was pretty cool... he is a really nice doctor... crazy expensive but he is the only one my other eye doctor recommends for my condition... Unilateral Keratoconus... yay me special... it is a problem that involves one of my eyes and the fact that one of the layers in my cornea is weak in one spot thus lettin the pressure in the eye ball itself to create a bubble or a cone shape to it... fun??? well yeah it sucks... but what can ya do... only what the good Lord gives us... YAY God is powerful and in control... whoot!... anyway i thought i was goin to be late to the appointment because went a little long on a meeting this morning... but in fact i was really a half hour early to the appointment... aint that something... i read the paper wrong to start out with... woo hoo... so at the appointment he does all these things that are all involved in the exam... pictures... topography... tests the pressure... ummm... test my peripheral vision... yeah all with really cool stuff... i love technology... its funny tho... i can still blink faster that the camera that takes the picture of your retina... HHHAAA!!! well anyway... he puts like eight different types of contacts on my one bad eye... and they get nice an comfortable near the end... yay... i might be able to get used to this one... yay!!! and then after that the app. is almost over and then the fun begins... DILATION...!!!... oh yeah doesnt get any better than that... a few drops a good ten fifteen minutes and i cant see a blasted thing less than ten feet from me... yay!!!... its all a blur... then i get to leave the office... the sun outside is so bright when you let all the light in through fully open pupils... it also gives you the chance to be the tough guy that wears sunglasses indoors... yay me... it also leaves you with a throbbing headache... well it did me today at least... so that was fun... *smiles and shakes head no* i got some cleaning done in my room today... i need to get on that because next thurs is when they might be having an open house for the realitors... well yeah i think this screen is hurting my eyes right now... or it is just adding to the headache... so i will say good bye and have a dandy day...
