I'm back.......
Stronger then eva......<----sorry 'bout that!
So as you can see, I'm updating b/c my boss is not here today! Today at work will be a piece of cake! I have many appts. set up so my day should go by fast! I usually work until 8pm on Monday nights but thanks to the MLK holiday, we only work until 4-5!
I make settlement on my house in 2 weeks and I am BEYOND excited! We already bought a new oven. refrigerator and dishwasher ( all black and stainless steel might I add)! We also bought a new KING SIZE bed that I am super estatic about! I'm still in shock that in 2 weeks I'll be a home owner! I know my grandmother is looking down on me in approval! She seen me ( and helped me out of) all my hard times! I'll never forget when I was a receptionist making 9 dollars an hour and constantly stressing over how I was gonna feed myself and my daughter...she would go food shopping for herself and end up bringing me a whole lot of groceries for my place! There were also times when I was in danger of getting my car repossessed and she would Western Union the car company money so I could keep my car!!! Hard times I tell ya! I count my lucky stars every night that those times are looooooooong behind me!!! My grandparents would be so proud!!!
Alot of fun events are coming up this year for me......buying my house, going on a cruise with my mom, aunt and Saleena in April and going to visit the girls in California with Stacy in June!!!! Does my excitement show through the computer???? LOL
I wanted to let you know that I do read your entries and have you guys in my thoughts constantly, but don't want to be caught on the comp. as much and risk losing my job!! I'll update agin when I get a free chance!!
