Sure, men may not think before they speak but we do say some cringe worthy things whether we are aware of it or not.
If you’re worried that you might say something that makes you look like a complete nut job and lose him forever, take a look at our list of things girls say that makes a guy cringe.
1.Never admit to him that you stalk him on Facebook
Yes. Every girl is guilty of this including me. His Facebook page is probably the second most viewed website on your computer. There’s nothing wrong with stalking, but don’t tell him about it!
Refrain from texting him, “why are you there?” just minutes after he checks-into a place on Facebook. That is just creepy and he may file a restraining order against you.
2. Never tell him that it’s the time of the month
Unless he wants to have sex with you when you are on your period, you should never voluntarily reveal that it’s the time of the month. Never blame your mood swings on your period as well. That’s just bad manners.
3. Never tell him you have picked baby names
Have some restraint. No matter how amazing or cute you think your baby names are, (mine is Elliot for a boy and Juliet for a girl, adorable right!) never discuss it with him. And while we are on this topic, don’t stare at him and tell him that you think your babies will be adorable. While you are blabbing away, your guy is probably finding an escape route.
4. Never put down his best friend
Recognise the bro code and respect it. We may gossip about our friends once in a while, but guys will never partake in a gossip session especially if the topic of discussion is his best friend.
5. Never tell a guy he looks like Edward Cullen
You may think Edward Cullen and his sparkling skin is gorgeous but once you tell a guy he looks like that teenage vampire, you have already bruised his ego.
6. Never tell a guy that you want to add his parents up on Facebook
No judgements but if you have already done this, I hope you have learnt from your lesson. Nothing good will ever come from asking a guy this question. You will probably never see him again.
7. Never crack any mom jokes
Every man is secretly a mummy’s boy. He told you that his mom’s mac and cheese is the best, did he? And of course, you disagree. Well, bite your tongue and just agree.
8. Never tell him that you have bought tickets for a concert happening next year
Nothing scares a guy more than commitment. Telling him that you want to go to an event that’s taking place next year is basically telling him you want to have his babies and get married.
9. Never ask a guy if a girl is pretty
Spotted your guy looking at a direction of another girl? Calm down and stop yourself from asking, “Do you think she’s pretty?” Not only is it cringe worthy, most men find it annoying.
Besides making yourself look insecure, asking that question will also make you look unattractive.

Last on the list is a classic. Girls, if you think you are fat, suck your stomach in and zip it. You are not going to get the validation that you want from your guy. No matter how you phrase it, this question is the ultimate no-no.
