I look like a chipmunk
I am officially done my first year of college. It went by soooo fast. I hope all 8yrs dont go by this fast. I wanna be able to learn something, lol. Finals were hard. I only had three, orgo, bio, and history. Orgo wasnt as stressfull because I had decided to retake the class anyway and I somehow by the grace of God pulled out a Cin the class. I have no idea how I did that. But that was good, it meant no failing grades! :D History was supposed to be the easiest becaus all we had to do was memorize stuff. A lot of stuff, but we still knew what exactly was going to be on there. But when I got to the essays, I totally blanked and made up stuff about how the Executive Order 8802, which was passed by Democrats, helped the Republican party regain control of the government. It was haaard. But no grade up for that yet. Im hoping to keep a B in there. And bio was last, and it was semi hard. All matching and multiple choice but it was a lot of information. I went into the final with a B and with the final I got a 78.6% which rounds to a 79% but my teacher doesn't curve so there goes my B!!! I was so mad. Arghhhh...So right now, I have an A, 2B's and 2C's. Not horrible but I definatly could and should have done a lot better. I already can't wait for next semesters classes. They should be good. I'm taking orgo 1 again, agricultural economics again, bio 2, some art class, and my animal science class wich is the anatomy of domestic animals. Awesome!!! thats going to be my favorite class. Though I am ready to emjoy summer for a few months. It's going to be amazing.
Ugh, this morning I got all four of my wisdom teeth out. I can feel my GPA dropping.....haha, get it? Anyway, I'm doing pretty good, considering. I am horrible with needles and I had to get an IV in my hand to go under, so the Dr. gave me this numbing cream that I applied this morning before I went in. At first, I thought maybe it was some old cream used to psych people, like myself, out so they won't freak. But I think it worked. Anyway, once they got me all squared away with the IV and electrode thingys, (I've never been under before except when I was 4 and with a mask, so thats different) and I could feel my body start to get real tired but my head and mind were still wide awake. The Dr. was asking me questions and talking to me, and all I could think was "This stuff isnt working. I'm not feeling sleepy." I thought it would be a falling asleep kind of deal. Well, he put some nasty stuff in my mouth that smelled like strawberries and he was telling me to imagine me at the Fourth of July with strawberry pie and watching the fireworks, etc. I'm still not sleepy and worrying that somethings wrong when all of a sudden I hear them telling me to open my mouth a bit to put gauze in and I opened my eyes to have a mouth stuffed with gauze and the Dr. looking at me and telling me how good I did. It was so weird and quick. My first thought was that something went wrong and they had to wake me so I was immediatly asking what time it was but the whole thing was done. It ws pretty cool. Then Mom took me to get a milkshake and I went home and slept for an hour and just sat around all day. IT was quite boring. I did have to ice my face all day so I strapped the ice pack to my head with two belts. I looked pretty rough. But now, I'm going to go play some more Sims2 and go to sleep. I hope I don't wake up in pain, lol.
