  Week Exercise Seconds Sets 1 Vacuum 20 3 2 Vacuum 40 3 3 Vacuum 60 3
Did Week 1 of stomach vacuum today.  Going to the gym to run, then do planks, calf stretched, some more ab stuff, then run again.  Then I'll come back and eat a granola bar, water.  Stretch some more maybe and that's it.
