Revamp

So it's that time of the month and I just want to devour everything in sight.  But I promised myself that my birthday would be a restricting day.

I'm currently reworking my calorie max limit and lists of food I can and can't eat.  I'm not getting much energy from what I'm eating.  I need to be able to run and do pushups.  This whole week I've eaten well-under 500 calories a day.  I think I should start eating 500 calories on the dot.  Maybe 600-700 on weekends and then back down to 500.  We'll see.  I also need to eat more fruit.

Toast | 50 calories

1/2 burrito | 135 calories

Popcorn | 100 calories

Grand Total: 285

No telling what may happen tonight so I may be editing those numbers tomorrow.
I just wish I could come up with a plan cuz what I'm doing now isn't making me happy.
