Five airports in eight days = YAY!! (Or not. Depends on the snack.)
First, happy belated birthday to the lovely & generous etoile_du_soir!!
Turning 24 is easy; 27 is when you really freak out ;)
Toronto was fan-fucking-tastic!! I ate and drank much more than I should have, but that's what you do on vacation. I got to meet three flisters -- bigboobedcanuck, aivilo_18, and sravenk -- and made two new friends!!
Right now, I've got to get ready for another vaction of sorts (family reunion in Sacramento), so a write-up will have to wait. (lostingeekdom, I'll have to put it before a Paley write-up. I know, I can't believe I put Toronto ahead of TVBF either.)
Quick highlights for now: worst internet connection ever at a 5-star hotel; Zelda's (great food & bare assesentertainment); the Grand Prix of Toronto (check out Boobs' post for details); drinks at Woody's (OMG, "Save the Last Dance" played while we were there!); the Great Mailbox Search; and getting very, very, very drunk (but that was a given).
The one bad thing about this vacation: I didn't get to meet bliss_. We will meet someday, and we'll go to Sephora & buy Converse. But not DVDs; that's what I convince fenwic to buy ;)
Speaking of Fennie, we're heading to Comic-Con in OMG ONE WEEK!! She posted about it here, so if you'll be there & want to meet, send her the info. And if you're not going to be there, cross your fingers for an appearance by our Dream Team TVBFs. Or, as mamafunny2000 might do, pool together cash to bail us out of jail ;)
For those watching Big Brother All-Stars: YAY, Allison's gone!!! I'll have to check the Hamster Time celebrations tonight. Also, am I the only one who doesn't think Dr. Will is that hot?
