Work's been cool, even though I had to caption half of the Nick Lachey special. It wasn't bad. I kinda feel sorry for the guy, because he had no idea that his father-in-law was such a creepy fuck and his sister-in-law was so untalented. I know women gain a lot of weight when they're pregnant (and by mocking MH, I'll probably gain a lot whenever I have kids), but it looks like she's got a rolled-up sleeping bag in there. Kind of reminds me of the "Been Caught Stealing" video.
If that kid's not the largest baby born in the past 150 years, then I'll be disappointed ;)

Oh, what I was originally going to say was total agreement with your rec of 'F & G'... not only James Franco, but Pre-'Scooby' and 'ER' Linda Cardellini, without added blonde. WTF is it with NBC and fake blonde?
And also, can't remember his name, but the guy who played LC's dad on 'F & G'? I loved how he turned everything into a rant about rock musicians, always ending said rant with, "And he's dead!"
Wasn't he one of the KITH? Second City? Anybody? help...

Linda's the main reason I love F&G, but her ER character is annoying to some so I didn't mention her ;) I hate that they bleached her hair. One theory floating around was that NBC didn't want her to remind people of Carol, and that there weren't any blondes on the show. Um, okay, but did they have to make Sam unlikable, too? They already have Abby as the bitchy one.
Mr. Weir (Joe Flaherty) was on Second City, I think. I faintly remember him doing a vampire/late night host skit. I love when he goes into a rambling rant at the dinner table! And the look on his face when he meets Kim, Daniel, Ken & Nick! Damn it, why did that show get canceled?

loved it. I used to tell people about it and they'd do the old 'eye-roll and shoulder shrug' combo... and the next time I'd see them, they were all, "DUUUDE!"

I tried to get into Second City but it just wasn't working for me. Not that I think it's not funny, because it is. But it never inspired my undying devotion like Kids in the Hall. Seriously, you can't top Buddy Cole. (Or can you?)
