Took out my camera today again.
It's 20-12-2007, so here's some photos of the things i did today.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!
The result of daddy's green fingers...
Dinner again. This dinner requires special mention. The name of the restaurant is Hey Hey Hotpot at Paradiz Centre.
The boss of the place is Terrence Cao. So you might think at first that it's going to be one of those crappy restaurants that banks its fame on a couple of crappy dishes.
Well, if you do think so, then you are wrong!!!! This place gives a good fight to many of those steamboat places out there. Presentation is excellent, service is great, and most importantly, FOOD TASTES ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!!!!!
The only complain I have, is that it occasionally plays Fann Wong songs....YUCK.
The Winter Melon Broth goes at $23.00 if you buy it ala-carte. It's steamboat, but you have to choose your own soup.
But be forewarned. The soup is every bit worth that $23.00. Hahahahhaa....comes with scallop, prawns, fish maw and a huge melon right in the middle, just as described in the menu. The waitress then cuts it up for you and even scoops up a bowl for you. And all these are even before you have put in any of your own pre-ordered dishes to go with the soup.
Now, there's even a promotion going on for $27.00++ for the Buffet. Not many items, but many of those listed are worth every cent, as they are often homemade and taste great!!! The dumplings actually have one full prawn in it and is springy to every bite. And there's the various homemade beef, chicken and pork balls.
Don't expect Yuan Yang Guo though. Hahahaha....
