Secret message between you and I.
This is sort of a secret that I'd like to keep from my mommy so if you all could not tell her this, that would be so nice of you. I'm afraid it might hurt her feelings a little.
Here is my secret. I like day care now. In fact, I really love it. I don't cry at all when I get there in the morning and I really am not THAT happy to see mommy after she has rushed across town to "rescue" me after she gets off work. In all honesty, I rather enjoy playing with my friends, hanging out with my teachers, going outside on the playground, painting, playing ball and all the other fun stuff I get to do there. When mommy comes to pick me up at the end of the day now, instead of crying the minute I see her, I simply see that she is there and quickly get back to whatever I am doing at the moment. Then, I pretend to be happy to see her because I wouldn't want to hurt her feelings or anything :)
I have some pictures from a recent picnic I need to upload ASAP. I will work on that very very soon!
