it's all downhill!
okay so christmas eve was awesome and i'm feeling better about the holladays. i woke up and we went to marilyn and blaine's! my mom had been doing a "secret pal" twelve days of christmas thing for her, bringing her gifts secretly for the twelve days of christmas.. it was pretty funny trying to get them there secretly hahaha good times, emily getting soaked, the iraqui kid, my mom's friends with their hoods up running through yards at midnight.. anyways so today she gave her the last gift and the tag said "gotcha love denise" or something and marilyn was like SO happy. she'd been beyond excited about it for the past two weeks, like trying to figure out who it is and everything and she was soooo excited to find out who it was she started crying and it was like so happy, she was like "this kept my mind of kemo" and it was so sad but so happy at the same time.. ANYWAYS so i left tehre, and went to WORK. sick! but man me and kathleen had the same shift BOOYAH so basically we did our shizz then got on break together somehow? first time ever.. anyways so then it's only 3, we got on at 1 off at 5 and i'm like freaking cause i need to go to walmart cause i didn't get my parents gift.. so i call and they're closed at five. anyways we go back down and we're like what do you want us to do and eric's liek i don't know, go home kathleen. i was in the aisles calling jumbo video to see when they were open til :P. and i come back and she's like we're leaving! and i'm like WHATTT! and she's like wait i can't leave i'm driving elizabeth and he's like she's gone too! and she's like but i'm driving daniel too! and he's like i've never let a cart boy off but let's see, and gets him off. i jumped on kathleen and we danced and screamed then ran out to her truck, went to walmart, no gift. jumbo, it was sold. finally we found DEAL OR NO DEAL BOARD GAME at zellers, the parents will STALK it. then we drove daniel home, i went home, went to catherine's to gift exchange wtih her and emily, went to colleen's, went to anne's and played christmas bingo and "may i" some game where i ended up winning a can of beer and a scratch ticket, and we went to marilyn's again after that. now we're home and we just finished rapping, hope you enjoyed the pic ahahaha.
so i hope you're all enjoying your holiday, today i realized making the best of what you're dealt and being optimistic plays a big role in your attitude towards certain situations.
