Honors English

We were supposed to submit a contract to Ms. West, Sophomore Honors English teacher that said what books we were going to read over the summer. I forgot to, so I wrote her an email:

Dear Ms. West,

I regret to inform you that I have forgotten to turn in my Summer Reading Project Contract for Sophomore Honors English. It simply slipped my mind with all the excitement of summer vacation. I will retype the contract below:

Name: Paul Gafni Class: 2007
Student's email address if available: luap8@sbcglobal.net

I agree to read the following books for my summer reading project:

1. The Once and Future King by T. H. White
2. Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie

If I change my mind about the titles, I will email my teacher with the changes. I am aware that I must have this completed by the second day of school.

I cannot offer signatures, as I do not have a scanner, although I can put my name in a font that makes it appear somewhat as if it is a real signature:

(Paul Gafni here in Mistral font) Date: 6/5/04

Student Signature: Paul Gafni

I will not offer my mother's signature. You may contact her for verification at carisse@sbcglobal.net or 762-7032.

Sincerely,
Paul Gafni

It won't show Mistral font on here.... Everyone should open MS Word and type my name in that font to see it. It's cool. Hopefully she'll find this letter as comical as I did...
