Shopping for ballet stuff
I went up to Spokane yesterday and got new pointe shoes. Blochs. This is kind of weird, but whatever. They work. In a couple of months, I'm going to get the Russian Pointes... but at the moment my feet aren't strong enough.
I also got black leg-warmers and purple-and-orange Mukluks. ^____^ And tights and new ballet slippers, but that's boring.
And then Mom and I went and had Starbucks in the Davenport Hotel - we were hoping to catch sight of some national figure skaters, but that didn't happen.
Still, we wandered around the hotel looking at the old pictures and the ballroom.
I want to have my wedding reception there. It's so cool that they restored the old hotel, because it's such a big part of Spokane's history. Yeah.
