dear josh,
I know its hard for both of us to be apart from each other, but we survived. I still think a lot of being there beside you, but I know to truly test our relationship and ourselves, we have to do this.
I may be resistant (and stubborn) to your thoughts, but I finally understand your position.
At the end of the day, you're doing this not just for yourself but for us too. And because of that, I know I made the right decision being with you.
I promise that I'll work as equally hard in my life, to see my dreams come true and work on being an even stronger person.
No matter what happens, we'll always find our way back to each other. I'm convinced of that because I have faith in us.
Please do not worry about me and just focus on your dreams. I want the best for you and knowing that you're so close to achieving your dreams makes me proud and happy.
Love doesn't mean that we always have to physically be there with each other. Love is always in our hearts. Just like ET said to Elliot, "I'll be right here."
