So, as most of you know, I am working for the Maine Youth Action Network as an AmeriCorps Volunteer. Well, what you may not know is that right now we are trying to raise money for our annual Youth Leadership Conference. We need a little help with this......in a fun way.
Friday July 28th from 6-11pm at the USM Campus Center in Portland we are having a rock show featuring local bands such as: The Other Kids, Manilla Reign, A New Vision, Adam Flaherty Noise Machine, Domonic & the Lucid, Paint the Town, Sidecar Radio and Headstart!
Or for people who want something a little more low key or just want to go to another show:
Friday August 4th from 7-11pm at Portland High School's Auditorium we are having an Acoustic Show featuring local musicians such as: Justin Michelson and Vanessa Torres & Touching Ground!
Tickets for the shows are $10 per show or $15 for both. Also, if you have student I.D. the tickets are $7 per show or $12 for both.
