Дурацкий вопрос: "как открыть новый госпиталь". Интересуют всякие процессуальные фишки, лицензии, итд. Натыкаюсь на ответ в ask.com. Цитата:

Wow. Really? Sounds complicated, I mean...lost investors, bid parking lot...So much I have yet to learn.
