I love this how.. Each week it's getting better and better I think... Okay this episode there was no Tim/Lyla... but it rocked so much without them...
So I'm going to make a review
berrymcgregor's style. Meaning with caps... I'm not use to it so it won't be the best ever but it's the first one
I totally can understand why she is bored... Smach can't stop talking about football and himself.. And most of the times, he is not funny. I don't really like his character but I have the feeling she can really makes him change a little bit so he can be supportable.
Matt's father doesn't fit in Dillon and I think Matt learned to do things by himself that having his father at home is really disturbing for him (I didn't watch the end of the last episode so I don't know about the fight)
Hard time for the Taylors there. You gotta love Tami in this scene.. She is maybe the coolest mom ever.. I love her as much as I love Karen in OTH. She is so... natural..
I know girls who would pay to be in the same bed as Coach Taylor *lol*. I love how he tried to not put this on Jason's shoulders. That's what people do but Tami is more realistic, he raised Jason.
How a star fall.. It's a little crazy how Jason could be put on a pedestal one day and totally be ignored the next day. I think it was really hard for Jason because he already loose so much in all of this and now the town is turning its back on him and his family.
I want my own Matt. This guy is incredible. He has to take care of his Grandma, school, work, football, a girlfriend and yet he can't stop worrying about his father's job. Saracen is hot... Lip biting *thud*
I'm falling in love with Tyra. That's official. This girl is so hurt inside and she has to put up with this jackass at home. I don't understand how her mother can't see he clearly want to sleep with Tyra.
Yeah, you can't go against the Panthers... They are the biggest thing in the town, you can't just win against them. I love the moment between Jason and his mother. The kiss on the head was really cute and when she said she would do anything for him... it just broke my heart.
Finally we see Tim :) I was desesperate to see him... How hot was he?
I love how Buddy can let down a customer just because a sixteen years old boy wants to talk to him. The guy is too much into football... Maybe he think he can hook-up Lyla with the new quaterback *lol* No, just kidding. I love how Matt, without acknowledging it, uses his position in the team to find a work for his dad. If Matt wasn't the new quaterback, Buddy would have never gave the job to his father... What people'd do :)
I didn't really feel a lot watching this scene so I can't really comment on this
Finally a girl who doesn't kiss the ground he walks on... that's a first in the show *lol* I totally see he is really attracted to her but he should have see coming the fact that lying can do any good to his relationship with her. She seems like a really honest girl.
Okay, I wouldn't want to be in front of her when she is pissed off.. She made me think at Haley in season 1. You know the innocent and nice girl who can totally feel like crap when she is angry at you. Sure she has her reasons... she had to wait one hour for him but he has an excuse too... The poor guy has to deal with everything.. I love she stayed with him. That shows how much she wants to get in his life.
I think that's maybe my favorite scene in the whole show... The way Tyra jumps to help her mother, how she gets angry, how she yells at him to get out and after to "Do it". She put so much emotion in it... I think I love her more than Lyla right now because at least she is fighting back when something happens to her.
a short scene but so good in the same time. I love how Tami is always understanding her daughter. Coach T. just wants to watch his game and read the book..; lol I love how he sighed before getting up.
Coach T. I'm officially in love with you. The way he yells at her daughter what she meant when she said "you are the best" to her mother... Jealous dad... I just don't think he really understand Matt. Sure Matt is strong but I think all that's happening to him can be very overwhelming.
I would hate to be in her shoes when her mother didn't respond to the "you are not alone. you got me". Tyra tries to be so strong in front of her mother, in front of the whole school but she is just a scared little girl.
I'm more a Tim/Lyla fan but seeing Lyla and Jason together and kissing doesn't really bother me much. I mean he needs someone right now, he needs something to stay sane and Lyla can do that, it's the routine for them to be here for each other and even if things are still unclear for them right now they can be good for each others.
Gotta love how Matt always smiles to his grandma. Nothing can be wrong between them because the care they have to each other is biggest than anything else. They were alone for so long that it's natural to communicate without words.
One of my favorites scenes. Matt and Julie rock. I love their kiss, their closeness, their hug, how she can be understanding and how he can be open with her. And watching this scene I couldn't stop thinking how perfect they can be for each other.
BAD NEWS. I hate that Tyra's mother can give the jerk once again a chance.
Well, he has to face the world and it's good to see that Lyla is still here for him. I wanted Tim to go there and prove him he is still his friend even after everything. I really wanted that because I can't imagine that Tim isn't going to fight for his friendship with Jason.
I would have done the same thing. She was right to ask her mother to choose. and her mom is really a loser with guys *lol*. I hate that her mom took the time to think about it. I mean it's your daughter for God's sake
Smach should really start to care about something else than him and his muscles.
I love this moment. I'm not a Tyra/Tim lover. I don't think they can work together. They only self destruct. Tim finally admitted his fault and I'm glad he said he was sorry but asking her for a second chance was just egoist. He did this because Lyla went back to Jason and Tim don't like to be alone. he needs someone permanent in his life. I love that Tyra said no. She finally made the parrallel between her mother and her and their crappy lovestories.
Good... He is finally left alone
What a beautiful scene. so sad but totally great. I love that both men don't move and wait for the other. I would have loved if coach T. was the one turning his back on Jason
This hug rocked so hard :) Matt and Julie falling on the ground is just the hottest thing ever lol
Football is really making you crazy Buddy!
"You'll always be my coach" that's really like I wanted them to end. They are both so important for each others. I don't like Jason's dad... and that's why I think the coach T. was the one who take care of Jason since he is a young boy.
Finally, Matt is telling to his father how he is feeling. Matt is very a shy guy and telling this to his father must have been hard but he did the good thing by letting his dad knows what he was thinking.
Good Choice. Really who could choose this jackass to Tyra? Who could choose this jerk to her own daughter. Tyra is such an amazing young girl. She has the same life as her mother, the same weakness and they can work on that together.
Finally I see a good side of Smach and for once he seems honest and nice. I love she didn't fall into his arms but let him hope for a future together.
