(no subject)
So, yesterday we had a massive power outage in my town and it lasted for about 7-8 hours! Ugh, it was horrible... and of course it was the day that it decided to be freezing cold and snow forever, leaving the house freezing cold as well.. We had a crap load of candles going and the burners on the stove on just to see and keep warm...
I think I'm changing my major from elementary education to english... I was talking to my college writing teacher on Wednesday and we were talking about how good I am at writing essays and how I know so many literary terms that most kids around my age haven't even heard... She also suggested that I become an editor or something, and that's beginning to sound like a great idea... I mean, I'm already correcting everyone's grammar when I'm just talking to them, and I looove english.... So, I guess I'm going to talk to my "adviser" to see what classes I need to become an english major that will transfer to Western... One thing that's great about being an english major is that I probably won't need too many math or science classes... Yippee! Anyway, it's kind of exciting...
