help needed
I want to ship something as a gift from Germany to the United States. It is an old camera (about ten years) plus a lens. The weight is about 3500 g. I know I have to fill out a form called CN 23 and I already printed it out. It requires the value of the gifts. How can I find out the value of things ten years old? And will the US custom see it also? I don't want the receiver to pay any duty! Is anybody going to the US in the near future and would not mind delivering the camera? The destination will be in PA.
