day 1 of the green smoothie cleanse

ingredients:
1 apple
4 carrots
1 large cucumber
2 cups water

blend like a motherfucker

results: very thick. kinda looks like pumpkin soup. tasty, but chewy.

notes: im starting with one or two smoothies today because im not sure what impact this will have on my digestive system. i've got a job interview tomorrow and the last thing i want is swamp ass.
