Happy Memorial day to all the brave veterans who have served for us and for the men and women serving us today. Stay safe and thank you for proteting us and our freedom.
My heart is so heavy today. Saturday a dear friend passed away at the age of 46. She is a coworkers wife. I know its going to be so very hard on him to return to work. He has been with my boss for 25 yrs. He is the lead radiation tech guy in our dept. I cant even imagine how he will feel seeing patients knowing his sweet wife is gone. She was diagnosed with breast cancer about 2 yrs ago. It quickly spread to her lungs, spine and brain. She has suffered so much. She had multiple surgeries for collapsed lungs and ports etc. She was hospitalized on our relay for life day May 1st and died Saturday May 29th. God be with the family in the coming weeks. Mike, her husband and Shanna her 10 yr old daughter and Ashley her 19 yr old step daughter. Sherry was probably the sweetest person I have ever met. She was a hospice nurse. Heaven gained an angel and we lost a dear friend.
