When I eat, I eat all the protein first, then veggies and then if I am still hungry, I eat the carbs. By the time I eat the carbs, I just eat a few bites. It really works for me. Maybe it would help you stick to protein too???
Maybe it would. Ive given up bread and sugar. I am going to just eat protein for 5 days and then ease into small amounts of carbs. Also going to up my water. Im drinking 2 bottles a day. Not much but I used to drink 3 or 4 cans of coke a day. So thats something.
I agree. I hate water but I am drinking more of it. I don't need to lose weight anymore but I still should try to eat and drink stuff that is good for me!
It works for me. I can't give up anything completely. Been there/tried it and it doesn't work. This worked for me. I lost 100 pounds over a year and have kept it off 5 years.
