That's just not a good environment for anyone. They might want to think about some counseling to help them communicate better!

I so relate to that first paragragh about overeating and wondering why I did it when I work so hard not to a hell of a lot of the time. Then I get all stressed out.

And I also relate to not usually losing it at stores, but having it happen. Then I go home and feel awful!! I even called up a store and apolgized the last time it happened. I had low blood sugar or somethng (not from diabetes, just from being hungry). I tend to expect efficiency and sometimes I can't handle the hassles out there in these places. (((HUGS)))to you.

And step-kids, they can be a pain. Well, I guess all teens can be, but I think it is easier to deal with when they are your own biological pains.

Your day was rough. I have had those like that where i skip church and then I think later how it would have probably made me feel better and more relaxed had I gone.

ANd, only 37 more days!! OMG!!!

Oh dear. That was an awful lot to cope with in one weekend. Can't even imagine what it was like! How old is Bryan's son? Sounds like he's 4 or something?

It's always sad to think that it's easier to go to work, than to stay at home!

Try to be good to yourself, don't beat yourself up for overeating.

Have a great week!
