Randomly Composed Poem #3

Jun 17, 2005 04:04

I got her to fall in love with me
puh-retty easy, now.
A day inside a carafe of lemonade,
a couple a jokes
...maybe a week or few, in the French room
kinking the firehose and burning the bed-a-spread,
and there we came!, in love.

Wasn't trying!

It was, it is the jokes, really, screw the carafe.
Once you get inside the laugh portcullis,
the laugh laughter babel fish
it's easy
put a ping pong ball over each eye - hilarious.
On eggs-shaped-like-clowns day,
I let her in a sermon of my childhood trauma,
it was terrible...
the... rape... I witnessed.
Maybe that's why I'm so hesitant in bed.

Well, it's true!

She laughs at me my self for her sake.
Between my self and her sake there's laughs enough for wedding.

So screw the give and take!
As we autumned
we discussed our mortalities encroaching death twice an anniversary on the riverbank,
and every dawn at dusk, lay down in the abdomen of sleep
giggling each other awake.
