A House for a Home
I don't have a lot of time to make a journal entry, but I just wanted to jot down some good news - we got a house!! We looked at it yesterday and wanted it immmediately, it is perfect for us. We put the offer in that afternoon and got the news that they accepted this morning! Because of our apartment lease, we put a delay in the contract and the deal will not close until July 22nd. Which means we will move into the house between July 23rd and August 23rd sometime - they get 30 days to move out, I don't think they will need them all by then, though. YAY!!!!
