Rough day

Hi to all. Today was a rough day. I had several run-ins with a few people and a disturbing meeting and a car wreck to top it all off. I am so glad that my Father takes care of everything and knows all before it even happens because He is able to handle everything

every time i have a rough day i remember either John 16:33 or Psalm 40:3,4. also i listen to the Newsboys song "Joy."
then i eat a whole bunch of ice cream/gummy candy/popcorn, read a good book and try to 4get about the crap.
I have to say you are very good at hiding the bad mood-ness. <3 ya Ms. Mclain
