Big News
So we've been sitting on this news for a while, as we generally do until we feel it's not going to go wrong (knock on virtual wood). If you're on Amy's list, then you already know this, but if not, then here you go:
Amy's pregnant again.
We're excited, yes. Amy's felt sicker with this one, but otherwise, things are going well. No, we don't know the gender yet. It's too early. Yes, we'll find out when the time is right.
Amy's due in September, so we've got a bit of a wait yet.
We're also getting Zoey used to the idea. She told Amy that if the baby was a girl, she would hold her (if it's a boy, he's apparently on his own). She also said she'd walk in the snow next winter, and the baby would follow her.
Do I want a boy? A girl? No real opinion on that yet. I think I do well raising girls, at least in the early years, but you know we need a boy to carry on the Abbott family name.
Either way, exciting times coming up.
