New Kid in Town

New person in town called me last night, asking if there was still a slam in Chattanooga, as I'm still listed on the PSI website as host (it's been dead for, what, a year now?)...When I said it was dead, she wanted to know if I could recommend things to do in town. She's freshly moved from Texas, and plays foosball, and wants to know where the good bars are that aren't dress-up, and where the good coffee shops are. I recommended Rhythm & Brews, then Greyfriar's (and to a lesser extent, the Local). I also suggested poetry around town, as I know it. She's asking me to show her around town (in a non-hitting-on way), but I only moved here a couple of years ago, and I don't know many people, so it's not like I'm the best choice for social direction, though I'm trying/going to try.

Local folks, what do you suggest?
