Friend's house for sale
So, someone close to me (family) is divorcing, and neither of them can keep the house on their own. A dream house is for sale.
Location: 2122 Edwin Ave, Durham, north side, about 4 miles away from Bryan and Elena, if you know them. A little bit inside I85

This is a new home, 5 years old. It has a ton of 'green' bells and whistles, from 15R windows to passive solar. I don't think there's a lot of active 'green', but I know the floor plan, materials and etc were carefully chosen for passive energy benefits. Because it is much newer than the neighborhood it's in, the price per square foot will be higher than neighboring houses.
