Ok, what has been up...
Im like, officially in meat dpt now...tonight was my first night alone and it rocked. For the first hour or so, Dave (asst. meat mgr) was there with me, and he gave me a quick runthrough. He had already cleaned the bone cutter and the tabletops, so that was a major plus, one less thing to worry about. I then went out and did a bunch of pricing and stocking and he left. I basically stocked for a while and made some ground beef hamburg and stuff...yeah.
wtf is the difference between "Round/Tri/Sirloin" Tip steaks? Unknown to even the night mgr of the store o.o
So yeah, Dave (from seafood) was there and he kept "checking up" on me, and keeping me company, it was really slow. I got all the work done ( I think ), but have no more meat shifts this week. But I guess the meat mgr wants me to be working this sunday for memorial day....cause its gonna be uberiffically busy.
So yeah
I finally went out yesterday and got a checking card and a credit card from Bank of America...sweet?
oh! apparently, somewhere along the line, I was never given a raise from the transition of being bagger->cashier. that should be getting straitened out.
And Sophie (my white cocker spaniel) isnt feeling that well. I think its her back cause she doesnt want to climb stairs or walk around that much. She may have fell when mom came home, the seriously fly down the stairs as fast as their paws can go, and she may have slipped and hurt herself...I hope she'll be ok...
..cause like, she whimpers and cries when she lies down or stands up, and is being a lot slower than usual. I hope she'll be better in the morning.
