"Yes."
"I was saving to study to be a doctor or a lawyer...

I have this little blue logbook I bring wherever I go. I write petty, small thoughts inside which I would ponder about. Especially at work cause it helps to fill up time ahaha!

So anyway, more things have been happening in my favourite sleeping toilet cubicle.
See here.

It happened again, twice the past 2 weeks.

The second time it was a bit scary. I awoke but again, I couldn't move my body. This time I instantly remembered that I've gone through this before, and I tried to fight the "force" that didn't let me move. I struggled ar. But still couldn't. A few seconds later I started getting hallucinations, I know, cause I could see something infront of me in the cubicle, and then I was hearing all these buzzing noises, which were getting faster as each second passed. hmm. I gave up. I knew that I would be in big internal stress if I continue to resist, so I just laxed, "closed my eyes" (but they were already closed in the first place if you get what I mean), and repeatedly prayed.

:) Everything went back to normal a few seconds later. I really thought this was scary.

The third incident happened two days ago. Was feeling tired at work lah, so I went to the same cubicle to zzz again. ha. It's weird how come it will usually happen about 7-10 mins after I knock off. Maybe it's an internal alarm clock. -buzzzzz- WAKE UP! CAN'T SLEEP TOO LONG OR ELSE BOSS WILL SUSPECT WHERE THE BLUE MOON ARE YOU! hee. But this time I didn't attempt anything funny ar. I "closed my eyes" again, said a little prayer and wait for my full-body consciousness to return. And I walked off. :)

By chance, I googled upon this phenomenon. That was when I googled, "Dreams of teeth falling out". ha. The night before, (at home, not the cubicle!) I dreamt that my front tooth was loose. In fact, I always dream that my teeth are loose. Just that I didn't pull it out anyway. hm. I digress. In this particular dream, I pulled the teeth out! haa. Bogey lah. So anyways, after I woke I decide to google it lor. Interesting results. Check it out yourself. :)

I digress.

So, back to the dreaming thing. I found out that this kind of out-of-body experience is termed as "Sleep Paralysis."

See http://www.csicop.org/doubtandabout/sleep/

"Sleep paralysis occurs in 30% of the general population. In it you wake up in bed, feel paralyzed, and tend to sense a terrifying presence in your room. Sometimes you see something; sometimes you hear noises or even feel electrical shocks throughout your body. I have personally seen a small humanoid during one occasion of sleep paralysis; during another, more recent one, I saw what looked like a dog in my room. Others see ghosts, vampires--whatever they have in their minds or are particularly afraid of. Deceased relatives and loved ones are particularly good candidates for showing up during bouts of sleep paralysis"

hmm. Sounds familiar? :)

And http://sleepparalysis.dnswh.com/what_is_sleep_paralysis.htm

Sleep paralysis is a condition in which someone about to fall asleep, or just upon waking from sleep, realizes that they are unable to move or speak, but can still breathe and move their eyes. I like to call this "half-asleep/half-awake" stage the "twilight" stage. Your conscious mind has begun to drift into sleep but is not yet there, therefore you still retain a small amount of your waking conscious. It is a very transitory stage indeed, and one that seems to leave you "open" to certain experiences you would not otherwise be receptive to when fully conscious or fully asleep. It is also accepted by most researchers that although this can happen in any sleeping position, it most commonly occurs in the supine position (laying on your back).

Once the person realizes they are unable to move, they usually, but not always, leave this "twilight" stage and become fully awake, but still paralyzed. At this point the experience can go either way. The person may only experience a temporary paralysis, and after several seconds or up to a minute or so would then regain their movement and the event would be over. Researchers believe many people experience this at one point in their lives.

But the other experience is much more frightening....

....Sometimes it is reported that the subject feels crushed, smothered, or pushed into the bed. There are auditory hallucinations as well. A voice or voices may be heard, as well as footsteps. A loud buzzing noise is sometimes reported.

...During SP a person may try to cry out or "fight" the presence they believe is responsible for causing them to be paralyzed. This has never helped me nor anyone else I've ever heard of, but somehow we have the innate feeling that we must "fight" this feeling. Usually movement returns slowly, usually within a minute or so (This is my second incident. :)

So ya. I only get this weird thing in the toilet at work. In the past few weeks too. ha. Perhaps it's not a good place to be in, in the first place. I don't know why, but I remember someone close saying not to do stuff in the toilet for long. Superstitious stuff, ya know. Least said, to be sleeping in the toilet. ha. Fuck.

Reading this stuff is scary. I'm never gonna sleep in any toilet ever again.

bleh. Haven't bathe......
