a nearly 6 am post... yay

First, the reason the computer is on right now (I turned it off but thought better of it):
I did some looking around and found varying numbers as recommended maximum daily calcium intake to avoid long term toxicity. Below are the various recommendations I found (linked). I have converted them all into numbers of publix yogurts! :)
7.14 says nutrition.org
4.29 says mckinley.uiuc.edu
8.57 says nutrition.tufts.edu
7.14 says foodproductdesign.com

Aparently the National Academy of Science has set the limit at 7.14 containers of yogurt per day.
Most of the sites say something along the lines of
Although this toxicity is rare, when consumed long-term at amounts greater than 3,000 mg per day, calcium can cause kidney damage, increase the risk of kidney stones, reduce the absorption of iron... (foodproductdesign.com)
So there you have it. Carson was correct. No 24 yogurts a day for life for andy.

I guess I started that with first... There is no second... plus it is now past 6, so it is bed time for bozo.
