if you are a recruiter recruiting foreign students for sports and other scholarship...
1. Do realize that differnt countries have differnt education methods and laws.
2. Do make crystal clear (prefably in bullet-point form) EXACTLY what kind of documents are needed.
2a. Do make clear who should issue them, original or not, define what ORIGINAL copy is.
sb. On the abovementioned document, make sure that all parties involved, i.e. recruiter, student, 3rd party government etc, understand what the necessary documents are
3. Do make crystal clear exactly which step and what steps needs to be taken.
3a. Do make sure that everyone involved have the same understanding what each of these steps mean.
3. Do realize that beurocrasy is slow in every country
4. Do realize that offers such as scholarhip can become a political football and/or used as a carrot
