i also hate to have this job
arggg..
my dell desktop is on its last leg. or as the tech support rep said 'it can break anytime'
apparently i have two options. A) mail them the HD and they give me a refurbrished HD (blank). B) send them the whole PC and i get another one. refurbrished. But they would install all the crap programs that the pc came pre-insalled with.
what should i do?
at least i get to say 'i told you so' to my dad...
